Shipping & Delivery

We will ship via FedEx, and USPS.  The shipping method will vary depending on your choice at checkout. Please contact us at teeitup@maplehillgolf.com if you require a specific delivery method. Free shipping promotions are available to the lower 48 states only.

Note: In-stock orders placed before 2:00 pm EST (Monday-Friday) will ship out the same day. Any order placed after 2:00pm will not ship out until the following business day. If you request expedited shipping (FedEx 2-Day or Standard Overnight) your order must be placed by 12:00pm EST to ship the same business day. FedEx 2-Day and Standard Overnight do not deliver on weekends (e.g. Overnight orders placed at 10am Friday will not be delivered until the following Monday).

In the event that your item is not in stock we will notify you with a Drop Ship Notification and the estimated time frame for delivery. Depending on the manufacturer and item(s) ordered, extended delivery time frames are expected. Please feel free to reach out to us ahead of time to check for in-stock availability and options.

We do ship all over the world. Customers with an APO, US Terrritories, New Zealand, Australia, United Kingdom, Ireland, or Canadian address can purchase directly through our site. All other international customers should contact us at teeitup@maplehillgolf.com with the specific item(s) you are interested in purchasing and your delivery zip code. We will promptly reply with an accurate delivered quote.  International Buyers may be subject to Duties, Taxes and Brokerage fees associated with buying from the United States. These charges are beyond our control and vary by country. Please contact your local customs office for more information. We do not mark packages as gifts or lower values. International customers are responsible for any and all of these additional costs.

Please note that customers are responsible for address correction or re-routing charges, so be sure to review your address at checkout for accuracy.

To save shipping costs, orders shipping to the same delivery address will have the shipments combined.

Maple Hill Golf ("MHG") is committed to protecting online user privacy. In order to ensure your privacy, information MHG collects through the maplehillgolf.com web site at www.maplehillgolf.com ("Site") is used only in the manner and for the purposes described in this maplehillgolf.com Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy.”)

User Consent to Privacy Policy

Any person accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Site, either manually or via an automated device or program, shall be considered a “User.” All Users are bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy. Information Collected from Users

MHG collects the email address of Users that email a question or comment to Maple Hill Golf or submit a customer review through the Site.

MHG collects the billing and shipping addresses, including relevant e-mail and phone numbers, of Users who purchase a product from MHG through the Site. This includes Users who register on the site, or those Users who enter any MHG contests or other promotional features available on the Site.

Through the use of "cookies" (For more information regarding Cookies, see below), MHG may collect and store anonymous information relating to Users' browsing patterns, including, for instance, the User's browser version, site referral information, IP address, operating system, and other technical Site use information. Additionally, “cookies” allow a user to easily return to the site without re-entering a valid email address and zip code.

Cookies

The Site uses a feature of Internet Web browsers called a Cookie, which is a file that a User's Web browser places on a User's computer's hard drive, to assign an identification code to the computer and to collect anonymous browsing information. MHG uses the Information collected from its Users to: Respond to Users' questions or comments; Administer a User's contest entry or entry in other promotional feature; Fulfill a User's purchase request and notify Users of their order status; Provide Users with important functionality changes to the Site, new maplehillgolf.com services and special offers from MHG.

Updating or Deleting User Information

MHG offers Users who have provided Information to MHG an opportunity to review the Information provided to update or correct any errors. Users also can delete any Information provided to MHG or make choices about whether to receive special offers from MHG. The Site may provide hyperlinks, which are highlighted words or pictures within a hypertext document that, when clicked, take you to another place within the document, to another document altogether, or may take you to a third party website not controlled by MHG. These hyperlinked third party websites may collect and disclose Information different than this Site. MHG is not responsible for the collection, use, or disclosure of information collected through these web sites, and MHG expressly disclaims any and all liability related to such collection, use, or disclosure.

Security

This Site has security measures to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the Information under our control, including credit card information that is submitted to MHG. When Users place orders or access their account information, the Site uses secure server software (SSL), which encrypts all information Users' input before it is sent to us. In addition, we do not store User's credit card numbers in their online accounts so if someone obtains your account log in information, they will not be able to view a User's credit card number. Thus, we have taken steps to protect the Information we collect from you from unauthorized access. Unfortunately, no system is perfect; therefore, MHG makes no representations or warranties with regard to the sufficiency of these security measures. MHG shall not be responsible for any actual or consequential damages that result from a lapse in compliance with this Privacy Policy because of a security breach or technical malfunction.

Sale or Acquisition

In the event that another company acquires MHG or all or part of its assets, we reserve the right to include Information among the assets transferred to the acquiring company.

Applicable Law/International Issues

Information that is submitted to this Site will be collected, processed, stored, disclosed and disposed of in accordance with applicable U.S. law. If you are a non-U.S. User, you acknowledge and agree that we may collect and use your Information, as discussed above, outside your resident jurisdiction. Returns & Refunds

Simple. That’s what you want. Please take a look at the below scenarios and choose the one that fits your situation.

We Shipped the Wrong Product

We are very sorry. Please call us at 888-538-0290 or email us at teeitup@maplehillgolf.com to let us know of the situation. We’ll ship the right product out to you ASAP and send you a prepaid label for the return. If your product was drop shipped we will arrange for the manufacturer to reship your item(s) and send the prepaid return label.

Your Item(s) Arrived Damaged

Please contact us right away. Be sure to save the original box and packaging. We will work with the delivery company (USPS, FedEx, or UPS) to have the item returned to us. Once that is underway, we’ll ship you a replacement.

You Made a Mistake or Changed Your Mind

We’ve been there, too. Please choose the best option for you below:

  • Return For Refund – Please contact us to let us know you are returning product. If we don’t know something is coming back there’s a good chance your refund will be delayed. Refunds are processed in 2-3 business days once the return is received. You can receive a full refund if you meet all of the following criteria:
    • The item is in “sellable condition.” What does that mean? The item must be new, unused, unworn, unwashed, with no stains, scuffs, tears, odd odors, and with the original tags attached. It should be returned to us in the same condition as it was originally shipped. Pre-owned items may be returned for trade-in value in the form of store credit.
    • The item is returned to us within 30 days of the date you received the item. Items returned after the 30 days are eligible for store credit only and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
    • Proof of purchase is supplied with the return. Simply print a copy of your original order and include it in your shipment.

NOTES: (1) Built shafts (with an installed adaptor and grip) cannot be returned or exchanged. (2) If you are returning shoes, we need them back in the manufacturer’s box in which they were shipped. Please don’t use the shoe box as the shipping box. Wrap it in brown paper or pack it inside another box before you attach a label. We cannot accept a return or issue a refund if these instructions are not followed. This goes for any product (gloves, golf balls, etc.) that come in some sort of packaging. (3) If your item included a promotion item or pricing and you decide to return your qualifying item, the promotional discount or item will be deducted from your refund. (Example - You purchased a Srixon MKII Hybrid for $249.99 and received a free $25 Store Credit on your account. If you return your Srixon MKII Hybrid you will be refund your full purchase price less the $25 store credit that will remain yours to use on any future purchase).

  • Return for Exchange – Again, please contact us to let us know you are returning product. If we don’t know something is coming back there’s a good chance your exchange could be delayed. Much of this process is the same as returning for a refund:

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders include options where length, loft, lie, grip, shaft, color, and other similar attributes of the product are not considered stock options by the manufacturer. Custom orders usually cannot be returned or exchanged. In the event that we are able to accommodate the return of a customized item, a restocking fee of at least 25% will apply.

Payment, Price Matching & Promotions

Maple Hill Golf is an industry leader in discount golf equipment. Unlike other big name golfer retailers, almost everything we sell is below the manufacturer’s Minimum Advertised Price (MAP). What does that mean for you? Three things; First, if you see a lower price somewhere else, please call us. We will likely be able to match or beat a competitor’s price. Check out our Price Matching Policy below for more info. Second, some items on our site will ask you to call us for our best price. The manufacturers won’t let us give you the price any other way. Third, many items require you to ‘Add to Cart’ for the price. This is a manufacturer requirement. We don’t like it either, but it keeps them happy and that means more deals for you.

Payments

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and PayPal payments. Please note, your credit card is automatically charged once your order is submitted. We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that enhances credit card security. All credit card information is transmitted using the latest security encryption and once the transaction is completed, no credit card information is retained or stored on our server.

Taxes

Maple Hill Golf is required by law to collect sales tax from the following states; AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, SC, TX, VA, WA, and WI.

Price Matching

We know the golf industry is very competitive, so someone out there may have a lower price than us. But don’t fret. We’re willing to match or beat a lower price! Just follow these guidelines to make it happen:

  • Make sure we’re comparing the same items. The competing company and Maple Hill Golf need to have the exact same product (hand, loft, flex, shaft, size, color, width, model, condition, etc.) in stock.
  • Make sure the competitor’s delivered price is lower than ours. This means applicable tax and shipping costs need to be considered.
  • The competitor is based in the U.S.A.
  • The purchase is not for resale.
  • The competing price/product is not from an auction site like eBay. We may at times make exceptions, especially if the item offered is from a reputable eBay seller.
  • The price match will not be combined with additional offers like bonus product or discount codes.
Promotional Items with Purchase

Anytime you return an order that comes with a promotional item, such as a gift, discount code, or free shipping, you must also return the free gift. If a free item is not received with the return it will be deducted from the retail amount. If a return results in the total of your order disqualifying the purchase from a special discount or offer, that amount will be deducted from the return.
