PROMOTION GETAWAY DETAILS:
Upon Redeeming Getaway Voucher, User Accepts
- Getaway voucher must be redeemed within one visit and Resort will accept one getaway offer per voucher with no refunds or rain checks issued for unused portions.
- Getaway voucher includes one round for up to two people, valid midweek Monday-Thursday only, and based on availability.
- Getaway voucher includes one-night lodging in standard accommodation, valid midweek Monday-Thursday only, and based on availability. Upgraded accommodations may be available at time of booking or upon arrival for an additional $61.05 due to Resort upon check in. Should standard accommodation be unavailable at time of booking, user is responsible for upgraded lodging fee or alternate dates may be offered to provide standard accommodations.
- A seven (7) day cancellation notice is required prior to original scheduled arrival date for full refund of getaway package. Should cancellation occur within the standard seven (7) days prior to scheduled arrival or should guest no show to Room or Tee Time Reservation, the getaway package will be forfeited in full.
- Reservations for your getaway may not be made more than 14 days in advance of arrival date. Treetops Resort does not guarantee room or course availability until the time of reservation.
- User is responsible at time of booking for the price of the getaway chosen.
- Getaway voucher cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts including group reservations. This promotional getaway voucher has no cash value and may not be traded toward any other package or services.
- Receipt of purchase must accompany getaway voucher at check in. Any getaway voucher surrendered without a receipt will be charged full price at check in for package and allotted 10 days to mail the receipt for refund.
- Getaway voucher expires 10-15-21 and is only applicable when courses are operational. Please review Golf Course web page for any closure or scheduled maintenance as well as Course Policies.
