We know you don’t make a new purchase just to look good on the tee; you expect it to perform on the course. At Maple Hill Golf, we want the same thing for you, too! That’s why we offer our 45-Day Play Guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your qualifying purchase, you may return that product for full store credit (excludes sales tax). Look for the 45-Day Play Guarantee button on all qualifying products.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To return an item, please contact our online sales department at teeitup@maplehillgolf.com within 45 days of purchase.
The 45 Day Play Guarantee is limited to one store credit return. All shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. A copy of the original sales receipt is required for store credit. Prior written approval and return authorization (RA) number is also required prior to returning any club back to Maple Hill Golf. Any club altered from the original purchase may not be accepted for return. Any return that has been damaged and/or displays excessive wear may not be returned. Clubs must be returned with all components as purchased including the original headcover, wrenches, weights, and be in like-new condition. 45-Day Play Guarantee excludes all custom orders. Maple Hill Golf has final say for failure to meet product conditions under this program. Cash refunds will not be issued.
Here are examples of products in an unacceptable condition:
If your item does not qualify for return under the program's guidelines, our online sales team will contact you with reasoning for non-acceptance and the item will be returned to you. If you are outside of the 45 day window, you may also review the trade-in value of your club for store credit.
Maple Hill Golf reserves the right to modify, change, or cancel this program at any time, without notice.

[ ] Is the return within 45 days from the date the item was ordered or purchased?
[ ] Does your return item meet our return condition requirements under our play guarantee policy? (See below for details)
[ ] Is the return free from damages, such as but not limited to scratches, dents, excessive wear, broken shaft, rattles, etc.?
[ ] Does the return have all the original items, such as but not limited to the wrench, weight kit and headcover (if applicable)?

LOWEST PRICE GUARANTEE
We know the golf industry is very competitive, so someone out there may have a lower price than us. But don’t fret. We’re willing to match or beat a lower price! Just follow these guidelines to make it happen:
- Make sure we’re comparing the same items. The competing company and Maple Hill Golf need to have the exact same product (hand, loft, flex, shaft, size, color, width, model, condition, etc.) in stock.
- Make sure the competitor’s delivered price is lower than ours. This means applicable tax and shipping costs need to be considered.
- The competitor is based in the U.S.A.
- The purchase is not for resale.
- The competing price/product is not from an auction site like eBay. We may at times make exceptions, especially if the item offered is from a reputable eBay seller.
- The price match will not be combined with additional offers like bonus product or discount codes.
