The purpose of our donation efforts is to support our customers and impact/strengthen the well being of our West Michigan community.
Donation Guidelines
- Use of donated golf passes must be direct.
- Upon approval of donation request, requestors must allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Donation Process
- Complete the donation request form below.
- If your request is approved, we'll notifiy you within three business days.
Other Information
- All donations are at the discretion of Maple Hill Golf.
