There is no minimum purchase requirement, and leagues from anywhere in the United States can participate.

What Is the Maple Hill League Benefit Program?

The League Benefit Program (also called Loyalty Rewarded) allows golf leagues to earn rewards based on purchases made by their league members throughout the golf season.

When league members buy golf equipment, apparel, or accessories from Maple Hill, those purchases can be combined to earn league-wide rewards.

At the end of the season, your league receives:

2% back on total pre-tax purchases in Maple Hill Gift Cards.

These rewards can be used for:

• League prizes
• End-of-season banquets
• Future golf equipment
• League coordinator rewards

How Golf Leagues Earn Rewards

Participating in the Maple Hill League Benefit Program is simple.

Step 1: Save Maple Hill Purchase Receipts

Throughout the golf season, league members should save receipts from purchases made at:

• Maple Hill Golf retail locations
• maplehillgolf.com

Step 2: Collect Receipts

The league coordinator gathers receipts from all league members during the season.

Step 3: Submit Receipts

Receipts must be submitted between:

August 1 – September 15

Receipts can be mailed or dropped off for verification.

Step 4: Verification

Maple Hill verifies submitted receipts against purchase records.

Step 5: Receive Your League Rewards

After verification, Maple Hill issues gift cards equal to 2% of total pre-tax purchases.

Who Can Participate in the Program?

The Maple Hill League Benefit Program is open to:

• Golf leagues across the United States
• Public course leagues
• Private country club leagues

Your league does not need to play at Maple Hill to participate.
